FAQ
What is an Erathos connector?
A connector is a prebuilt integration that extracts data from a specific tool — such as HubSpot, Omie, or Facebook Ads — and automatically sends it to your data warehouse. No coding is required: just authenticate your account and set the sync frequency. Each connector is maintained by Erathos, with automatic retries, schema drift detection, and alerts in case of failure.
Which data destinations are supported?
Erathos is compatible with the leading data warehouses and platforms on the market: Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Databricks, Supabase, and SQL Server. You choose the destination, and Erathos handles the rest — with no lock-in and no need to adapt your existing stack.
How often is the data updated?
Sync frequency is configurable at the job level, meaning per source table/endpoint. Depending on the plan, you can sync at minute, hourly, or daily intervals. Every run is logged with full history — duration, number of requests, cursor usage, and retry occurrences — so your team has full visibility into what’s happening in production.
The connector I need isn’t available. What should I do?
You can request a new connector directly from the Erathos dashboard. Our team prioritizes requests based on customer demand and releases new connectors every month.
Is it possible to reprocess data for a specific period without having to rerun everything?
Yes. With Custom Backfill, available in the Summer Release 2026, you can edit the execution cursor and reprocess only the data range that needs to be updated—without having to run a full refresh across the entire pipeline. This is useful for correcting inconsistencies, recovering data after schema changes, or reprocessing periods affected by source system failures.
