Yes! Key endpoints such as messages, thread replies, files, remote files, and scheduled messages are synced incrementally by default, using timestamps as cursors, so only new data flows on each run. Other workspace data is synced in full refresh. This keeps pipelines efficient and your data warehouse always up to date.
