Data is extracted via the official Trustvox API and delivered straight to your data warehouse.
It depends on the entity. Product questions support incremental sync using an updated_at cursor, so only new or changed records are synced on each run. Most other entities, such as opinions and seller reviews, are synced via full refresh. Erathos handles pagination, rate limits, and retries automatically in both modes.
