Erathos connects to Nuvia via the official API and syncs conversations and custom tables incrementally—only new or updated records are processed in each run, keeping pipelines fast and costs predictable. Other objects (agents, contacts, campaigns, messages, inboxes, and knowledge bases) sync via full-refresh. You choose the sync frequency, the objects to sync, and the target dataset in Azure Synapse. Each run is logged with full observability: execution time, rows processed, errors with context, and instant alerts via Slack or email if anything goes wrong.
