Sympla + Supabase
Sympla is a ticketing and event management solution for in-person and online events.
With Erathos, you can integrate Sympla data into Supabase in minutes. Our platform handles the entire data movement process to your open-source PostgreSQL backend and lets you combine that data with other sources. That way, your time is spent on what really drives value — extracting insights and making data-driven decisions.
What Sympla data does Erathos sync with Supabase?
The integration automatically syncs Sympla's core objects:
Orders — status, amount, items, and delivery address
Products — SKU, price, inventory, and description
Customers — account data, purchase history, and reviews
Payments — method, status, and amounts
Reviews — ratings, comments, and replies
Returns — reason, status, and refunded amount
Why sync Sympla with Supabase?
In Supabase, your data is available through auto-generated REST and GraphQL APIs built from the schema — directly accessible by your application without extra layers. Row Level Security ensures each user only sees the data they’re supposed to see. Ideal for product teams that want analytical data available in the app database in real time.
How it works
Erathos connects to Sympla via the official API and syncs your data incrementally — only new or updated records are processed on each run. You choose the sync frequency (from every 5 minutes to daily), the objects to sync, and the destination in Supabase. Syncing uses intelligent UPSERTs in Supabase (PostgreSQL) to ensure data consistency. You choose the sync frequency, the objects to sync, and the target schema. Each run is logged with full observability: runtime, processed rows, and alerts via Slack or email.
