Google Business Profile + Azure Synapse
Erathos is building a Google Business Profile pipeline for Azure Synapse. Once available, it will load locations, reviews, local posts, media, followers, and daily performance metrics from your Business Profiles into Synapse, ready for T-SQL analysis and integration with the Microsoft analytics stack.
The pipeline will follow the same principles as every Erathos connector: OAuth 2.0 setup in minutes, scheduling and frequency configured at the table level, and end-to-end observability into every run. Availability details will be announced on this page.

Erathos is a data ingestion platform built for reliability, transparency, and control. We help data teams connect their SaaS tools, such as Google My Business, to their data warehouse, without the maintenance cost of in-house pipelines or the opacity of traditional ETL tools. Our customers reduce pipeline maintenance by up to 80%. The Google My Business pipeline for Azure Synapse is in development and will use the same setup as our other connectors: an OAuth 2.0 client from your Google Cloud project and authorization of the Google account that manages your Business Profiles.
Erathos syncs accounts, locations (with hours, categories, attributes, and service lists), reviews with ratings, comments, and replies, local posts, media from owners and customers, followers metadata, daily metric time series, search keyword impressions, verifications, and admin data. Everything is organized as query-ready tables and will land in Azure Synapse once the pipeline is released.
Once the pipeline is released, you will be able to configure the sync frequency at the table level, from every 5 minutes up to once per day. Google My Business tables run as full refreshes, so Azure Synapse always reflects the current state of your Business Profiles.
